this is a great overview of why you'd want to take this approach, the difference between CI and CD, and it even breaks through some of the myths that have bubbled up around the practice

we then jump into the structure of a CI/CD pipeline. this is a nice high level overview & IS NOT @awscloud specific! the paper also lays out what you next steps will be after the basics are setup

I was pleasantly surprised to see the paper dive into team structure as well. this is a really key area that needs to be discussed by your team

I've seen a lot of problems pop up that could've been easily solved by a quick chat in the early stages
