Morning, everybody. How you doing today? Again coming to you from enjoying some beautiful fresh air with morning. We talked about burnout and Stalin's great conversation deals with corporate culture. It's really important remote work or work flexibility. At least I've seen all manner of this. There are some organizations that have strict work-from-home policies where you need to have every other Friday or Monday or other companies that rely on the individual.

So we know that Yahoo, and I called everybody back to the office in the name of collaboration where we're seeing more and more companies switch to open Office concept. I've seen some of these people all these developers built into like a pen and all of these things are very culture specific organizational specific team specific people specific decisions that I see through a lot of them and I think this comes back to burn out and balance that we talked about on the last episode of the show is that Very rarely are these set up for individual because everybody everybody expects everybody to be at their Optimum, but there are some things that you absolutely have to ensure that you do not have in place because there's signs of this and that's a big challenge organizationally in general where we apply a solution one area to really cover in to try to address the problem completely other area and we're not actually addressing the problem.

So the biggest one is a little hesitation of a lot of folks are what they're supposed to deliver or they have no way of measuring what they're actually getting out of their employees in work from home. Because people just assume that you're you're being productive creative work if you are analyzing risk and then if you write, I've been to write that often to pull that into a cohesive assessment.

You probably need some alone time. I just turned on Monster headphones work here. There's no one-size-fits-all can't have a general. This is how everything happened and expect a group of individuals that they're awesome. And I think this really comes down to building trust with your employees and employees having the trust in their managers in the self-awareness.

Cuba environment or this type of isolated environment write a worthwhile remotely. I'm not saying that one of them is better than the other. I know what works for me, but you need to know what works for you and once you know that you need for that. So for people who prefer remote work, that's very much me I like to be isolated and alone, but there's times when I need to be with my team shop around a bunch of events in and things like that.

But I know if you want me to deliver this delivery, this project is the best way in which I can do that, but if you are unable People here 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and overtime on demand, but it needs to be in the office and you can't leave or may not work for everybody.

You need to be able to find that. I think I'm directly state of approach to a very subjective measures before during and after an experiment of doing a four-day work week for everybody. So they said we're going to go down for days Monday through Thursday and we'll see what happens and everybody work-life balance improved productivity maintain order that they were much more engaged with the work, but it took a lot of adjustment on a lot of collaboration work for your organization.

Just need to have it staff. So now you're talkin shift work digital tools that allows you for an insane amount of flexibility access anywhere. We have a connection. So why are we letting old models where we work how we work, you know and still give me wrong. I'm a break and you need to improve remote workers.

You need to see people face-to-face together and treat people as individuals and you need to have a flexible enough work environment that allows people to work into their Optimum and it's incumbent on them to know what their Optimum is and how to get the most how they can get the most Very tricky lots of fuzzy areas not trying to dictate a free chair.
